Energy healing helps to bring your body back to balance or homeostasis. It affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. The light from the healing is very wise and intuitive and meets each individual person where they are at with exactly what they need.

When any of these are out of whack, it's usually felt and also represented in another area. For example, those under high amounts of stress can begin to have their physical health affected.

The Energy Healing Practitioner is the conduit for the energy to come through, but the light is doing the work.

Before each session, the practitioner will talk to you about your life and areas you are struggling with or wish to enhance.

Depending on the healing, you will either be standing, seated, or both. Some healings use a massage table and you lay down (for example, Reiki).

The practitioner will let you know how the session will flow beforehand, and you may have sensations of tingling, hot, cold, or energy rushing through your body during the healing. You also may feel nothing, and each way is totally normal based on the person. Typically clients leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, however there are times when people become emotional. What the client feels in each session can be completely different from another person and where they are at in their lives and what their lessons are.

We will chat immediately after the session to check in and see if you have any questions, and also follow up in the days after the session. We’ll also send you off with a vibrational elixir to take in the morning and night to assist you with spiritual detox.

Everyone can benefit from healing, even if they consider themselves healthy. We all have stresses from our daily lives and areas that we want to improve, either physically, emotionally, or spiritually, and energy healing can assist with lowering that stress and getting us back in touch with our true selves. All living things need the sun to survive and thrive, and energy healing is literally infusing you with light to help you in your life!

There are many ways that you can help increase your vibration and keep your energy clean at home!

After a session, you are spiritually and emotionally detoxing, similar to how the body detoxes after a massage. If you do nothing else, taking the Progression Support elixir will assist with this. Also, taking a salt bath is often a good practice to help you cleanse in the day or two after a session.

You may also feel called to use sage! Saging helps clear any stifled or negative energy from yourself and your house, and it's a good practice to sage yourself every day to help keep you clean, much like a shower does to the body.

Meditation is one of the best tools to help increase your vibration and let go of what has come up from a session. It will help you to help clear your mind and bring you back to center and balance. You can also get some crystals and have them around you in your space, carry them with you, or buy some jewelry to wear to help increase your vibration. One of the biggest things to keep in mind to help clean up your energy is to let go of any emotional issues that may come up for you. There can be a purging period from where the light is detoxing some of our darker aspects, and this can show up as emotional distress. It may be from an issue you are working on or currently cycling with, or something from the past that randomly pops up. Either way, being kind to yourself and sending that feeling love while trying not to engage is important. Keeping this in mind can assist in releasing these issues to the light and helping you to move forward. You can also take some of our classes to learn different rituals that you can add to your day to help increase your energy and also protect your space!

Absolutely! We have 3 long distance healings to assist you! You can choose from a Jikiden Reiki healing, Ensofic Ray healing, or a Diving Blueprint healing. These sessions are all incredible powerful for physical as well as emotional issues.

We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a healing.

The session length varies depending on the session and can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. We ask that you block 2 hours for each session so that there is time to consult on what's going on in your life and connect after the healing.

We do offer e-gift cards available for purchase. Please email us about your request!

We will be wearing a mask during the session and ask that you do the same if you are comfortable. We also sanitize the high touch areas and bathroom before and after each client.

We accept payment through Venmo, Paypal, Cash, or Check.

Classes are held regularly, but please note, the Initiate of Light class is a pre-requisite for all of our classes.
