Sanctuary of the
Higher Self Meditation
This class gives you the tools you’ll need to have a peaceful, restorative meditation practice. You'll learn a technique for how to connect to your Higher Self, which is the most important connection you can have. You’ll also learn proper breathing, how to open your chakras, and consciously move your awareness to a heightened state for the purpose of meditation. You will be lead in a guided meditation, giving you the opportunity to practice this technique, and you’ll be given the tools you need to use this method on your own.
Some of the benefits of meditation are stress reduction, improvement of physical health, building your intuition, increasing your ability to manifest, and knowing more about who you truly are.
This is a great introduction class for beginners or advanced students to create or enhance your current meditation practices!

Spiritual Intuition
The truth is – we all hold the potential to be intuitive. It can be taught and cultivated with practice. This class is focused on opening, developing, and perfecting your intuition: Clairvoyance (Spiritual Vision), Clairaudience (Spiritual Hearing), Clairsentience (Intuition & Feeling).
You may have a natural ability in one of these areas, but all three gifts must be opened and integrated for you to become a clear receiver. When these abilities are developed you gain intuitive guidance, teaching, healing, and spiritual growth. The result of this integration is full manifestation of who you truly are.

Sacred Space I
Sacred Geometry is a precursor to all creation. The sphere, cube and pyramid are geometries that are fundamental to the structure of the Universe. These geometries hold vibrational energies, and you’ll learn how to use them to enhance your life!
You will learn how to: awaken the three primary sacred geometries within your physical body, activate a room or a building increasing the vibration and protection, and create a sacred space to meditate or do healing work.
We will do hands on exercises, and practice activating a room during the class!

Basic Astral Travel: Multidimensional Journeys
Basic Astral Travel is the art of expanding one’s consciousness in order to travel outside the physical body during meditation. In this class you’ll learn how to prepare the mind, body and physical surroundings in a safe and effective manner and gain powerful skills that will enhance your current meditation and expand your awareness. We will also take you through a guided journey in class!
